Pre-order or made-to-order items may take longer to ship, usually within 2–4 weeks. We’ll notify you via email once your order is on the way.

Delivery Carriers

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for most shipments.

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping is handled via LTL freight carriers.

Return Policy

We want you — and your pets — to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs
