🐾 Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused or unworn
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dogs-with-cats.com with your order number and reason for return.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


📦 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
