We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in China. We work with reliable global carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Yes! We offer free shipping to all U.S. mainland addresses. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or military (FPO/APO/DPO) addresses.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the product’s availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using our Order Tracking Tool or your shipping provider’s website.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For more details, visit our Return & Refund Policy.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping cost. For personal preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
